Kids-First™ Certified Mediators are changing the status quo.

Our core training is for new and established mediators, anywhere in the country, from any professional background. The training covers the Kids-First™ mindset, approach and process - in detail.​ Our goal is to unite mediators in the mission to change the status quo for amicable divorcing parents and create a more uniform pro se mediation process that parents can count on.

Our new mediator onboarding training is an "add-on" training intended to help new mediators in Florida, who did not previously have a career in Family Law, get started on the right foot. Our Founder, Tina, will give you the tools, tricks and tips she learned the "hard way" as a non-attorney mediator.
