THE GOAL OF tHE KIDS-FIRST™ NEW MEDIATOR ONBOARDING TrAINING
Message from Kids-First™ Founder, Tina Keyes
"While the 40-hour Florida Mediator training was a great primer and starting point, I quickly realized that, for a mediator without a background in family law, there is a lot you have to learn as you go. It took countless hours to create agreements+intake forms for onboarding clients, create streamlined templates for the Parenting Plan+MSA, and understand how best to support clients with the more complex issues they were dealing with (like, QDROs or Military/FRS pensions, to name a few).
The goal of the New Mediator Onboarding training is to equip Kids-First™ Certified Mediators, who do not come from a family law background, with the tools they need to be successful in launching their business and providing a consistent Kids-First™ experience."
