Trina Nudson, JD, LBSW has over 25 years of frontline experience as a child advocate attorney, social worker, divorce coach, mediator, and parenting coordinator. She is the creator of BeH2O®, a structured, evidence-informed co-parenting system used by professionals and families to reduce conflict, shift mindset, and safeguard children’s well-being, and the founder of BeAligned™, an AI-powered reflection and communication platform designed to help parents, professionals, and institutions move from reactivity to clarity.

Trina is also the founder of The Layne Project and The Layne Project 4 Families, organizations dedicated to upstream prevention, child-centered decision-making, and building sustainable systems that support families before crisis escalates. Her work draws on research from neuroscience, behavioral economics, conflict resolution, and leadership science, integrating insights from thinkers such as William Ury, Annie Duke, Emily Falk, and the Arbinger Institute—translated into practical tools that work in real life, not just theory.
