Kelly Myers is a Kids-First™ Certified Mediator who is passionate about helping families navigate divorce in a way that protects children, reduces conflict, and creates a strong foundation for the future. She believes divorce marks the end of a marital relationship—not the end of a family—and that the decisions parents make during this transition can shape their children's well-being for years to come.
As a divorce mediator, divorce and co-parenting coach, and communication specialist, Kelly helps parents move beyond positions and conflict to focus on the family they want to create across two homes. She guides clients through the legal, financial, emotional, and parenting decisions of divorce while helping them communicate more effectively, make thoughtful choices, and develop agreements that are practical, durable, and centered on their children's needs.
Kelly specializes in helping parents build comprehensive parenting plans that do more than establish schedules. Together, they create frameworks for decision-making, communication, holidays, transitions, and future problem-solving—providing families with the tools they need to adapt as their children grow and their lives evolve. She helps parents shift from a former romantic relationship to a lifelong parenting partnership, creating healthier patterns of communication and collaboration that benefit both their children and their family for years to come.
Trained in mediation by Northwestern University, the Harvard Program on Negotiation, the Mosten Guthrie Academy, and Kids-First™ Mediation, Kelly brings a collaborative, child-centered approach to every family she serves. She is also a co-trainer for the Co-Parenting Specialist® Training Program, where she helps educate professionals across the country on creating healthier outcomes for separating and divorcing families.
Kelly is committed to helping parents restructure their family with intention—preserving children's childhoods, strengthening lifelong parenting partnerships, and creating agreements that support the life each family hopes to build moving forward.
